CTHS REAL WORLD OBJECTIVES:
Career and Technical High School is unlike any other school. Because of this the course will have overreaching Real World Objectives which will pertain to the different pathways at CTHS. These Real World Objectives will be larger more future focused goals. The majority of large analysis projects will hinge upon these objectives
CTHS RWO 1:
Students will be able to assess the innovations created during the turn of the century for their contributions to modern day innovations in business, marketing, construction, education, technology, medicine, and communication.
CTHS RWO 2:
Students will be able to assess the progression to modern day safety and consumer laws which will impact them as they enter and navigate the business world.
CTHS RWO 3
Students will be able to analyze the effects of historical federal economic legislation and apply it to modern day taxation, support programs, and government policies that impact modern businesses and institutions. Students will be able to implement these factors into their plans for the future.

Students will able to evaluate the impact of non-controllable events such as: national disasters, pandemics, international war, and public polarization- on economics, cultural media, and public opinion and develop theories and strategies for riding out these events with minimal impact in the future.

Students will be able to evaluate the impact of new innovation on the US Social, Political, and Economic structure and how it creates cultural and political shifts, and use predictive models to assess the dangers of innovations that are currently in their infancy.

Using this knowledge they will be able to design and strategize public relation/advertising campaigns for future endeavors.
